It’s a great place to stay around the Santa Cruz are near the beach and downtown.Great value for your money.
8.0It is near the boardwalk, santa cruz pier and also downtown Santa Cruz. Comfortable bed, clean room and affordable.
− Maybe just the constant slamming of door by neighbors, but other than that everything is good.
Bay Front Inn Not Bad but PARKING NIGHTMARE
5.0Friendly staff, they were very helpful when we needed help. The location is close to the wharf, beach, and boardwalk.
− The housekeeping seemed a bit confused on when we needed clean towels and such. They didn't clean up our room for 2 days when the sign was posted on the door asking it needs to be refreshed. The parking is probably the WORST. We couldn't really leave because once you lose your spot THATS IT, everything goes downhill from there. Good luck finding parking.

5.0Location was good. Price good
− Facilities needed updating. This place looks like it's been used heavily and needs an update. Old caulking, lots of patches in the wall, doors don't seal correctly. You can see light coming through almost the entire door. Also, my door was locked at 9:00 a.m. after I came back from breakfast. They must have assumed I left but I was still wanting to use the room until 11:00.

− staff communication, my key stopped working during first night, trying contact front desk and not one available until 8am, had to wait in my car until someone from housekeeping help me to go in. another staff member trying to enter to my room , he knock two times and opened the door without waiting an answer, he said tough was empty, the worst part.
