3.0It was close to the interstate and the venue where our family was gathering
− No elevator or ADA rooms. Refused to accommodate my disability and made me climb stairs while being physically disabled
Overall lovely place to stay.

− While the air conditioner cooled the room, the dehumidifier was not working. My clothes were damp, my towels wouldn't dry, my skin was clammy. I thought the problem was just my room, so they put me in another one, but the same problem existed.

The staff was really nice since I had an issue with the reservation when I got there and then finding out there wasn’t a

− This property doesn’t have an elevator and the should be listed when booking a room. Stairs are difficult when you have knee injuries or even if a personal had a wheel chair. The what? It was very disappointing to find out when checking in
