− The beds were uncomfortable no mini bar was a surprise but not to bad.

− Pool was not warm until a complaint put in. Then it rained for two days. So only had one real day at the pool. Knowone new about dining room specials, which are well advertised.

− Restaurant området var tarveligt for et 5-stjernet hotel. Indenfor var der ekstrem dårlig akustik og udenfor var der ingen hygge det var nærmest som om at det var der hvor de fyldte klor på poolen. Meget underligt for et 5-stjernet hotel

− Honestly, this is a very hard one to answer as we were so happy. If there was one thing to have a minor thing about, it would be the breakfast, it felt quite budget compared to other high class hotels we have stayed in
