Fantastic, hidden gem!
10.0Lovely stay at the JW. Checking in was easy and the staff were great! Michael and Luis with valet always greeted us and checked in to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything. The lounge was always clean and comfortable. Enjoyed using the pool and gym daily. Even though it's by the Galleria, the hotel is tucked away so it's quiet. Lovely stay. I would stay here again.

Second stay even better than the first
10.0Our excellent stay began with a wonderful greeting outside upon arrival, and ended with much hospitality from the valet service at the time of checkout. (Thank you Luis) We had previously stayed at this hotel and this time I found the service, aside from the bar visit, to be five star in all areas. Our room was very clean and in good condition as well.
