5.0The bar staff where really nice. Kids likes the pool area with the water slides. There was a microwave and mini fridge in the room.
− Front desk staff did not direct us to where our room was. (the place is big and we had never been there) The housekeeping staff left laundry carts out and rooms open all night. They disappeared. We ran out of towels both in the room and at the pool. Beds are super firm. They would not give my cousin the block room rate for the wedding we were there for so she paid double what we did. The police were there all night the first night with people partying and be disrespectful and loud and no one did anything about it. Rooms need updating. The lighting sucked everywhere.
