4.0I had initially intended to book a stay at this establishment but ultimately decided against it, primarily due to the perceived unhelpfulness encountered during my phone inquiries. Earlier in the week, I contacted the hotel to inquire about airport shuttle services. The representative's initial response was, "Are you staying here?" I clarified that I had not yet made a reservation but was seeking information regarding shuttle schedules prior to booking. I called again yesterday as I had still not booked a hotel. My inquiry this time was whether the hotel was undergoing renovations. The representative's tone was again perceived as abrupt, or like I was an inconvenience responding with, "Yeah, why?" I explained that I had seen information online and was calling to see if the pool would be open during any renovation period. The response was, "Yeah, yeah, it is." I concluded the call by expressing my thanks. My decision not to proceed with a reservation was based on the impression that my inquiries were a source of inconvenience, leading me to believe that booking with this establishment would not be a suitable choice.
Necessary stay - Ok Hotel. It has been better in past.

− Very little for breakfast - 2 items with out condiments. They are remodeling breakfast area where it was wasn't very good. Hopefully they will have room done next time.

− Room was way over priced for 1 bed none of the ice machines worked and our bathroom had a smell to it.

8.0Friendly staff. My family enjoyed the pool. We also had a pet and that was accommodated as well! Very pleasant stay!
