− I signed up for the 5 am shuttle and the driver left without me. I arrived at the front desk 5 min before to check out.

− This is not a 5 star hotel. It not even one star. The No sea view; breakfast is only one day which was not specified; so Descriptions were not met; service bad; five star it must be fraud to say it

10.0Staff was very helpful in holding our suitcases until we were able to check in and have us ideas regarding what we could do for entertainment in the meantime.
