− their lending library should not be advertised (it’s really not just one shelf with a few books), & I know I did not pay for a view, but to charge that price for a room for my view is too expensive.

− Terrible view in Bay view rooms, crown molding had gaps, strange uncovered item on ceiling with flashing light, outlet loose on wall, bed not that comfortable.

10.0The hotel is a great location, with a great view and has top notch hospitality. Rooms are very clean and overall a pleasant stay. The bar and restaurants are great, (bartender is at the top of his game!!) and the social atmosphere added to the overall enjoyment.
