− The walk- in shower was not ADA acceptable. There were no bars on the shower walls and no where to sit.

− There was no hot tub and the elevator wasn't working for 2 days and we were on the 3rd floor. I am 74 years old and needless to say it was very hard on me. I'm not happy at all and I requested to lower my price but since I went through your app, they couldn't help me.
