8.0Water pressure is unstable in result of too hot water No lift to second floor. If we have large luggage, it will be difficult.

2.0Really old property. Upon entry there are holes in the carpet. Bath is cosmetically damaged. When hot water tap is running for bath or shower there is a high pitched noise that hurts your ears. Tv remote missing back and batteries fell out. Went to checkout at 8:15 and no one there to check me out.

10.0We had an overnight stay. The rooms were huge. Check in was easy. There is a restaurant at the property, although we didn't dine at it this time. It is easy walking distance to the CBD, City Park and UTas Stadium. The parking onsite was convenient, and there was plenty of room.

6.0The air conditioner was leaking badly onto the carpet. It was obvious that this had been happening for quite a while as the room was musty
