− The towels were stained. Hair left on the bathroom sink. Tub was dirty. Carpet in hallways was dirty. Breakfast was not very good. There was a very bright street light shining directly into many of the room windows so difficult to make the room dark

10.0The front desk person Sai was extremely helpful. I had a meeting and he allowed me to check in early which was a miracle. I only had 5 minutes and he got me into the room before my meeting started. Couldn’t be more thankful
