10.0Our stay at One&Only Le Saint Géran was truly unforgettable. The resort is stunning, with beautiful beaches, lush surroundings, and an atmosphere of pure relaxation. What made our experience exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They went above and beyond to make our family feel comfortable throughout our stay, especially traveling with young children. The food was excellent, the facilities were immaculate, and the service was consistently professional. Every detail reflected the high standards expected from a luxury resort. Thank you to the entire One&Only team for making our holiday so special. We left with wonderful memories and would happily recommend this resort to anyone visiting Mauritius. We look forward to returning in the future.

6.0Я всегда стараюсь поддерживать отели, которые независимые и не входят ни в один альянс/сеть. Это хороший образец такого отеля. Территория, все ухоженно. Отель старый. Номера больше похожи на каюты круизных лайнеров. Номера большие. Я не знаю как обычные, но Junior Suite 270 был ровно такой же как на картинке. На ресепшен мне сказали про какой-то апгрейд, хотя это был именно тот номер, что я бронировал. Прекрасные кабаны на на пляже. Хорошо что к моему типу номера они давались. Иначе Вас ждет зонтик из соломы и 2 лежака. Итальянский ресторан прям топ. Из плюсов все.
− Минусы отеля: Это персонал. На столько холодного персонала я нигде не встречал. Им просто все равно. Вы можете 300 раз поздороваться и лишь 10 раз услышать в ответ что то. И так во всем. Уборка номера. Они приходят в 16:00, хотя целуй день висел мешочек на ручке что б прибрались. Я попросил забронировать стол в японском отеле при заселении, про это забыли. Я начал писать на следующий день о брони мне сказали что с 21:00, потом нашли время и перенесли на 19:30. И это в полупустом ресторане. Самое главное. Я попросил бокал шампанского в азиатском ресторане. Мне принесли открытую бутылку, которая была полная. Но шампанское там было выдохшееся просекко или вино. На мое замечание что баблз в бокале нет и шампанское не соломенного цвета и это странно, принесли другую бутылку и открыли при мне ее. Жирный тунец в сашими и нигири не соответствует стандартам. Он просто резиновый и прожилки не соответствуют требованиям. Бассейны все с мутной водой. Бассейны маленькие и неудобные. Планировка отеля странная и нелогичная. Большинство людей набиты в ресторанах буфетах. Остальные рестораны пустые. Этот отель распиарили простикошечки инстаграмные, которые ничего кроме Дубаев не видели и подкупленные турагенты. На острове есть более приличные места. Сюда я больше не вернусь и не советую никому вестись. Это не тяжелый люкс.
