− El hotel está muy sucio mucho polvo en el cuarto no es lo mismo de hace 2 años atrás no sé si sede va a la remodelación que está haciendo pero en mi tina de baño estaba tapada
We checked out about 2 hrs after checking in. Very disappointed in the cleanliness and didn’t feel comfortable staying!

1.0The only thing I liked was the front desk staff, they tried to give me another room - and very swiftly canceled my stay when I asked for a refund because of the conditions, they were very apologetic and nice.
− The rooms were disgusting, hair in BOTH of the king bedroom's beds (the one they tried to give me after my initial complaint) the mold and rotting drywall and caulking in the bathrooms, and the discolored tubs. Mildew smell from the AC unit and overall just not staying conditions period, especially ones right next to a themed attraction - tourist area - i could not believe for the price - the state of the hotel.
