6.0Proximity to the Springfield Town Center which was walking distance away.
− Ageing furniture, no water bottles available inside the room, only use & throw plates/cups/cutlery available inside the rooms/during breakfast. Very limited breakfast options available. The most unpleasant experience of all was the ridiculous $50 charge for an early check-in for a room that is already vacant and the reason-a very cold response from the front desk saying it is a "management policy" that is not mentioned anywhere on the website/booking.com. Arriving at the hotel at 11 in the morning after a 14 hour flight, I was obviously too exhausted to just sit at the reception until 3 in the afternoon and was left with no option except to pay. Of course, the front desk was least bothered and unfased about my situation and never made the slightest of efforts to accommodate it. (I already mentioned this as a special request during booking,)

10.0I like the bed very clean and comfortable, shower is very relaxing area , need the room paint other things the hotel is compatible with the Hilton or around hotels.

10.0Staff was friendly and helpful! Room was clean and comfortable. (I could walk barefoot in my room, and my feet stayed clean!) Good variety at the free breakfast. Glad for free parking and free shuttle to the metro stop; I did not move my car at all during my stay!
