− Alle bestek borden glazen ware niet schoon tijdens het ontbijt, verse broodjes werden net de hand in de presentatie manden gelegd, de persoon had wel handschoentjes aan maar deed vervolgens alles met die hand schoenen aan, dat deed mijn eetlust geen goed, scrambled eggs bevat bijna geen ei.

− Daarlig rengoering mangelfuld Menu Card mange dage, nogle dage kun en haandskreven A-4 side I baren skulle der vaere 5 Oel paa fad, men den ene aften jeg kom tilbage fra arbejde var der kun en - og saa i Belgien
