8.0The hotel is very clean and nice. The remodel helped bring up to date. The breakfast was excellent and available everyday.
− The outdoor breakfast area provided some unwanted noise early in the morning.
When in Petroskey, stay at the City Express at Marriott

− Noises from outside the room carried. Breakfast was good but another toaster would eliminate annoying waiting. Thermostat was strange. Adjusting up just one degree turned the heat on even though it was very hot weather
