Great customer service from Jay !!
10.0In my opinion all the hotels in this class are similar in appearance. What sets one apart from the other is service and the BW Mystic gets 5 stars because of Jay. I called the night before with questions about my dog and early/late check in. He pleasantly answered all my questions and said he would be there to greet me on check in. I got there an hour early. I asked if he could put flowers that I purchased in my room for my girlfriend. I did not have a vase, he took the flowers, cut the stems and delivered them in a nice vase. Jay is why I would highly recommend this hotel and go back myself.
Nice hotel
10.0The accessible room was large and easy to walk around. It was very clean and the king sized bed was very comfortable. The heater made the room very warm and was easy to use. Our only issues were with the bathroom. Had we not bought a non slip tub mat, the tub was slippery. The included breakfast was adequate, although the breakfast area was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
