Great hotel with incredible hospitality!
10.0We has a wonderful stay at the hotel! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. The location was great as well, very close to the Grand Canal and all the nice restaurants! If we ever revisit Venice this hotel will be definitely our choice again!
Great hotel in Venice!
10.0This hotel is lovely! Everyone is friendly and helpful! A private taxi brings you directly to their door and will also take you directly to the pier if you are going on a cruise. Best part is they will arrange all this for you! Definitely a good place to stay!

10.0All of the staff was very lovely to me and my family, and the location was great. AC was cold, the breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms were clean.
Vegan friendly
8.0Staff were accommodating to our vegan diet. We got a complimentary boat taxi ride and excursion to go to the murano glass workshop in murano.
− They can still improve to offer even more variety in breakfast choices.
