− Colazione con prodotti di bassa qualità (il secondo giorno abbiamo preferito andare al bar). stanza vecchia con cattivo odore. il bagno pietoso con la ventola che non funziona, una vasca rialzata di difficile accesso senza neanche il box o una misera tenda. Lo staff non risponde al telefono. Non capisco come faccia ad avere 4 stelle

1.0My air conditioner on the top floor wasn’t working I was trying to explain to the staff and she was busy shouting and speaking Italy I couldn’t even understand,
− First was the task problem I told her I paid the tax already, and she was still requesting for another one to be paid even after I told her I paid the tax already it was a lot. You can see where is written city tax has been paid.
