Lokacija.

− Jako loši opis smještaja. Nigdje ne piše da je to izdvojena zgrada i u sklopu hotela Krvavec. Sam app dotrajalo uređen. Ne piše da da je ulaz do app po rampom i da treba zvati hotel recepciju da otvore.

Krvavec je prekrasan,mir i tisina,divna priroda.Studio apartman Muštrinka je dovoljan za dvoje,imate sve potrebno.Doručak i večeru smo uzeli u hotelu i pohvala kuharima i konobarima.

− Mi smo bili prvi puta i nismo znali da se moramo prijaviti u hotelu Krvavec.To bi trebalo biti napomenuto na bookingu,jer smo rezervirali preko njih.Čekali smo više od sat vremena da uđemo u apartman,jer nije bio očišćen do vremena za check in.Nismo imali sapun u kupaonici što me jako razočaralo.To je stvarno najosnovnije što bi trebali dati gostima.Organizacija vezana za drvene kućice je loša, ali to nas nije omelo da uživamo u prirodi.

The mountains and views are amazing and enough ski slopes for a couple of days of skiing ( if ski lifts are open). There's an option to take cable car from village below.

− When we finally arrived (snow on road,road not ploughed) we had to go to reception in hotel Krvavec and were given key no 3.When I called that that is studio and not 1bed apartment, they were trying to convince me ,I was wrong. After 10 min waiting outside,,I had a call to collect key for a different apartment. Apartment size was good,lovely view but dishes, draining tray was disgusting. Like it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. There was no hairdryer(description says there is one)and when I asked for it,they said they don't have any and I can come and dry my hair in hotels sauna (not in apartment)We left the evening before we were meant to and I got charged for 3 dinner instead of 2. I went back and I was given cash back. No apology was given. There is no shop at the resort and bar food finishes 4/4.30...So only place to eat after that time is Hotel Krvavec which is 5 min walk from apartment. That is also where breakfast is ( not explained when booking) Apre ski bar closed at 7pm on a Saturday!! And on a Sunday it was a bit foggy so they only kept 1 ski lift open....
