Comfortable room, great location.
8.0The hotel is well located in Karakoy and is very close to the ferry, tram and tunel (which takes you directly to Taksim). Walking distance to Galata Port and Eminonu. Despite being so centrally located, the hotel itself is on a quiet street so you can get a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was Turkish style and lovely. Mr Furkan (on night duty) was very kind and helpful.
− Despite being two persons, we couldn’t get another key card. This was inconvenient for us.

Good location, needs to clean better
6.0Great location
− Very dirty , everything dirty and rusty , doors barely closed, dust everywhere , hair on the towels , very simple breakfast, same every day
It was a great stay
10.0The property was located walking distance to the cruise port. The staff were very professional and helpful.
