Good hotel in the hearth of the old city
10.0The room looked exactly like the photos. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town and next to a small supermarket. Although the windows faced the street, it was quiet at night with the shutters closed, and I slept very well. Ramona was especially helpful. As my train was severely delayed on the day of arrival, she sent me all the check-in information in advance by message. She also gave me helpful recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend Casa Gotica Residence.
