5.0La habitación genial , la cama cómoda , lo que no me gustó nada es que en el desayuno la preguntará si había leche sin lactosa ( porque no puedo tomar con lactosa ) y me dijera la que lleva lo del alojamiento que tenía que haber avisado .... Donde aviso ?? Perdona ? De toda la vida en los desayunos no se avisa nada ... Hoy en día es normal comprar ya una leche sin lactosa y otra normal .... Me pareció una respuesta sin ayuda y encima como en plan aguántate , que tenías que haber avisado ... Por eso pongo un 5 de puntuación !!

− Debido a una casa de fuerza mayor mi lugar de residencia se ha producido un desalojo por un incendio forestal y hemos tenido que salir con lo puesto, el hotel no ha querido saber nada de buscar otras soluciones (cambiar el día) y me ha penalizado con el 100% de la reserva porque dicen que lo pone en el contrato, Total que he pagado un desayuno que no me he comido y una habitación que no he usado y lo es pongo para que lo sepáis por si tenéis que pedir reserva a mí desde luego no me pillan más.
