Excellent hotel with a perfect location and exceptional staff—I would happily stay here again.
8.0I had a wonderful stay at Vincci Capitol. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Madrid, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. A special thank you to the reception staff, Patricia and Irene, who were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. They made my stay even more enjoyable.
− Overall, I had a very positive experience. A minor suggestion would be to offer a little more variety in the breakfast selection, although everything was fresh and well presented. I would also recommend considering some renovation and modernization of the hotel facilities to make the stay more comfortable and better reflect the price.
