− Sadly there were more negatives than positives for this property. The overall cleanliness was very poor. Needs a decent deep clean and refresh. Bed in main bedroom was uncomfortable and made a horrible noise every time you moved and ensuite bathroom was in poor condition. The shower head leaks from multiple places, no shower curtains provided causing water to go everywhere. The main toilet has mould, water damage on the walls and door makes a terrible noise when moved. The kitchen sink wasn't clean, we were given a dirty and old dishwashing brush and scrubber and they don't provide plates, bowls or cups for kids, everything was glass. I had family rent the property next door, and it was much nicer and had a much better feel to it than this place for the same price. I would say the lack of maintenance is down to it being for sale.

− Kitchen was grubby. Pans and utensils were quite dirty and inside of cupboards had food remnants.
Facilities, bbq, swimming pool and location fantastic. Unit needs some love.

− Needs a serious deep clean in the bathrooms and toilets. The unit desperately needs an update, new paint and new furniture. Mould and old smell from bathrooms and toilet. Main bed we found hard and uncomfortable. Had family staying in a nearby one with newer cleaner furniture and it was better maintained and much cleaner for a cheaper price. Unit was for sale that maybe why.
