9.0The location was convenient and the stay in the A/C room that we got, was comfortable. Also, all required things like the blankets, toiletries etc. were provided. Also, since we checked in late after 10:30 pm in the night, they allowed us to checkout next day at 2 pm, 2 hours after the usual checkout time.
− Minor things like the fact that the TV remote control was not working properly, and the fact that the A/C control worked to only reduce the temperature but not in the other direction.
