Bedbugs, mold, no AC, oh my!
1.0It was in a good location.
− Bedbugs, slippery bathtub, no air conditioning, no bathroom fan, mold in the bathroom, and the staff acted like it was a hassle to replace a broken toilet seat in the room. If that was not enough, while we went looking for more bedbugs on the other mattress we found the mattress covers had been pissed through and simply given a clean top sheet. Gross.
I will definitely stay again if available when I’m back in SanSimeon😊

4.0We've been here before and our room was very good; however, on this trip our room was musty smelling and it failed to have a screen on the patio door. A free leashed dog was running from patio to patio. We were very disappointed.
− The front desk told us they were running behind and our room wouldn't be ready till 3:30 pm; however, we were checked in at 3 pm as other customers were also checked in as well. Confusing to be sure.
