10.0A szálloda elhelyezkedése kiváló, néhány lépésre a központi sétánytól és a strandtól. A személyzet kivételesen kedves, segítőkész és rugalmas volt, mindig mosolyogva segítettek minden kérésünkben. A reggeli bőséges, változatos, mindig friss volt, sok autentikus olasz finomsággal. A reggeliztető személyzet is rendkívül kedves volt, külön szeretnénk kiemelni Eleonorát, aki minden reggel mosolyával és figyelmességével tette még kellemesebbé a napunkat. A szálloda által biztosított strandszolgáltatás – amely külön fizetős volt – szintén kiváló élményt nyújtott. A strand csapata rendkívül kedves és figyelmes volt, a számunkra biztosított napernyő és napágy tökéletes helyen volt, a környezet rendezett és biztonságos. Köszönjük nekik is, hogy hozzájárultak egy igazán felejthetetlen és pihentető nyaraláshoz.

8.0Colazione fantastica, struttura pulita e comoda. Camere un po piccole ma moderne sia cone arredi che come gestione luce e aria condizionata.
− Mancanza di istruzioni per l'uso della tecnologia in camera. Luci e aria condizionata tutto gestito elettronicamente con la chiave ma non avendo ricevuto subito indicazioni sul funzionamento e non trovando istruzioni in stanza ci abbiamo messo un attimo a capire come far funzionare tutto.

8.0L'Hotel si trova in una posizione strategica per visitare le località turistiche limitrofe, come Cattolica e Gradara. Camera piccola, ma molto accogliente. Colazione davvero ottima, con tante proposte sia dolci che salate. Il personale della sala colazione molto cordiale e disponibile. Molto comodo ed efficiente il servizio navetta per il parcheggio convenzionato. Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimo.
− Il bagno andrebbe dotato di qualche presa elettrica, e servirebbe un lavabo più grande.
