Good location, dated hotel.
7.0Location was great. Easy to get to/from the train station and airport and right around the corner from the duomo and tower. Lots of places to eat on the same street. Shuttle service available to airport, can be booked at reception. Breakfast was good.
− The hotel is a bit dated, could really do with an upgrade and redecorating. Room wasn't as clean as it should have been, but it wasn't bad enough to ask to move rooms as we were only there for 2 nights. The shower leaked water everywhere but the bathroom was a wet room so there was a drain in the middle of the floor for water to go.
Will never go back!

− they did not allow me to enter with car in ztl even though i was the one that booked this hotel for my clients, i took them there and picked them up and paid the full bill. never happened to me in other cities. the staff response was unbelievable. i needed to stay at the hotel in order for them to do that!!! Just ridiculous
