A 5stars hotel which deserve 4…
4.0Good location!
− The prices are definitely those of a five-star hotel, but the service and quality simply do not live up to the expectations. We booked a suite for $1,900 per night, and from the moment we arrived, it was clear that attention to detail was seriously lacking. This hotel is five-star in price and appearance only. Everything else falls short. The minibar fridge doesn’t work. When we requested a bottle of champagne, we were told that room service wasn’t available until 5 p.m. The bottle was finally delivered at 5 p.m., without an ice bucket, and the champagne glasses were dirty. On top of that, the bathroom sink is clogged, the shower makes an extremely loud noise, and the air conditioning is so noisy at night that it’s difficult to sleep. The bed isn’t particularly comfortable either. For a hotel charging $1,900 per night for a suite, these standards are simply unacceptable.
