10.0Everything, from the facility to food to service was excellent. We had a great time.
Good, due to nature and the staff. Bad due to lack of infrastructure.
8.0The staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and good, but it was functional and basic for the price I was paying. The natural environment was also good.
− I hated the stairs and I had to take a lot of them. They seemed very unsafe and I wondered if my wife and I would slip and fall, especially after the rain. The stairs did not even have safety handrails. With my bad knee I suffered a lot. The second thing was the bathroom. It was like a village bathroom where the floor would be flooded after shower. As I said, for the price I would have expected better bathrooms than that.

− The Room Design to consider Privacy/Lighting could have been bit better Bit extended timings for play area/swimming pool/Other facilities (7.00 PM Standard) And the overall cost could be on bit lower side

− The staff is pathetic. They didn’t allow us for 3 hrs saying my payment isn’t submitted. I had already done payment in advance in booking.com. The staff is so rude. They don’t help us at all. This experience was so bad.
