− Checked in around 6pm was told my room was upgraded but, that the power was out due to an outage (Planned Outage). Was told power would be back on at 8:15pm. I went to my room and slept and woke up with my room still having no power. Called front desk about an update and was told power will be back on at 12:30pm. Went to take a shower, come to find out there was no hot water. Went out to dinner with fiancé and came back to my dark room with dangerous condition leading to my upper level room of unlit staircase.

8.0It's a lovely property, with a lot of greenery and lush jasmine bushes. We enjoyed our stay, the beds were super comfortable and the pool area was cute.
− We had an issue with the air-conditioning, but the team solved it by moving us to another room. It wasn't perfect, as it was a one-night stay, we were celebrating our anniversary and the room we were moved to was a downgrade. The hotel has given us a small discount, but the whole process wasn't very smooth and the staff wasn't particularly apologetic about it.

10.0This is a lovely property, with fantastic staff. Perfect for a relaxing Napa getaway. The hotel is small and charming and has everything you could need, including a pool and little lounge with food and board games. The breakfast was great! The room was small but clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I can't wait to go back!
A nice fined...
10.0I come up from Monterey to attend music events in Napa and surrounding areas... I've stayed at numerous locations and stumbled on this hotel searching numerous sites... Its small... quaint so to speak... a well appointed room (King with vineyard view although somewhat obstructed view due to a water tower being constructed). Great staff with a relaxed atmosphere... nice bath products and bedding wonderful breakfast choices and my favorite... they put out fresh coffee at 6am.... pro tip... bring your own half and half and put it in the fridge... lastly... steer clear of don giovanis down the block... it may be close... but its a million miles from real Italian
