Great location but lacked human contact.
8.0Great location, lovely apartment, good view, breakfast included.
− The electronic access system. Total faff. Didn’t work and there were no staff around so I had to phone an international number to get into the building. I was then relentlessly pestered by a boy calling itself “Bob”, soliciting feedback. I would have much preferred a human on the desk and to have had a real key, rather than a phone code.

− No room servicing everyday and technical use of Bluetooth to access room etc required you to always have your phone and be connected to wifi. Otherwise very good stay.
Zentrale Lage, aber bezüglich Service stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht.
7.0Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Gleich in der Nähe ist die Metrostation 3 Monastiraki, die zum Flughafen fährt. Dies hat aber auch den Nachteil, dass sehr viel Trubel ist. Die Fenster sind sehr schallisolierend. Die Zimmer sind groß, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Bett ist sehr groß.
− Das Hotel spart offenbar am Personal und hat komplett auf digitale Kommunikation umgestellt. Dies führt dazu, dass kein Ansprechpartner da ist. Alles muß in der APP geregelt werden (auch der Zugang zum Hotel und dem Zimmer ist nur per App möglich, was unpersönlich und nervig ist. Wir mußten mit einer KI diskutieren, warum wir eine zweite Bettdecke haben möchten (!). Dies hat dann bis zum nächsten Tag gedauert. Leider kein Zimmerservice, wenn man 2 Nächte dort übernachtet. Man muß selbst in den Lagerraum gehen und sich mit Toilettenpapier und Ersatzkaffee und Tee versorgen. Bei einem Preis von 360.- € für zwei Nächte (ohne Frühstück!) eine Zumutung!
