I would like to point out the friendliness of the owner(zurab) he was ready to help us with any problem. We visited during cold time so warmth of the house was very important for me and my partner, I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of a fireplace for extra warmth if needed. There was a bidet which is a rare thing. The placement was perfect for us because we wanted a quite place with no traffic around but it’s not far from the center.

− The only disadvantage i could find as a smoker is that I had to go outside every time I wanted to smoke because the owner is very strict with this rule and after all I didn’t want to disrespect him after all he did for us and our comfort.

I want to share my experience with this amazing villa, we arrived to Bakuriani pretty late at night but the owner Zurab was still there to meet us He was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. We had communication with him beforehand because we read in reviews that the road is damaged and i was very worried that i would damage my rented sport car but the owner convinced us that the road is brand new and we wouldn’t have any problem and he was right. Huge recommend from me to those amazing villas and the beautiful forest! Forest, calm environment and fresh air! I really wanted to stay for more days, but unfortunately there was no more free space. I will visit again for sure❤️

Amazing stay for family

Nice looking, clean villas with good interior and exterior design. I visited with my family and I really appreciated the fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom with a shower and a bidet. The biggest advantage of this villa amongst others we were considering was its location. It is near the forest which made it cozy and was good for walks with the kids. There was also a private playground in front of the house. The only thing that I was concerned about before coming was the road, i read in a few reviews that people with small cars struggled to get to the villas but the owner told us that there’s a new road which was suitable for any car. So about the owner-he actually lives in one of the villas so he was ready to help us no matter the time, even when he was away we could always contact him via WhatsApp.

− The only disadvantage for smokers is that you aren’t allowed to smoke inside the villa.

The cottage has a fantastic location near forest, where deers come! House is cosy and has a modern interior! I read a few reviews saying that the road is bad but i was very happy to see a newly made road!!! Thanks to Zurab for being such a good host

Villa is located on the excellent location, just near forest not very far from central road as well. Its an ideal place to relax mentally and breath healthy pine forest air. A perfect cozy place to relax and have a family vacation. Location has good access to Bakuriani's infrastructure (grocery shops, restaurants, etc.). The villa itself is very cozy and has everything needed for a short and long term stay (furniture, kitchen appliances, TV, internet etc..) One of the best places to stay and enjoy peaceful vacation.
