10.0rom the moment we arrived at Prestige Hotel Baku, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff are incredibly nice and friendly—everyone we met was warm, helpful, and always smiling. It truly made a difference and set a positive tone for our entire stay. One of the highlights each morning was the breakfast. It was not only delicious but also thoughtfully prepared, with a great variety to choose from. A perfect way to start the day! A special mention must go to the owner, who is absolutely fantastic. You can tell they really care about the guests and the overall experience. Their presence and hospitality added a personal touch that made our stay even more memorable. Highly recommended if you're visiting Baku—this hotel combines comfort, kindness, and quality in the best way!

10.0I absolutely loved staying at this boutique hotel Strategically located just a few minutes walk away from the pedestrianised area, close to bars, coffee shops, and restaurants, this small hotel, on the second floor of an ancient building, offers great service at very reasonable rates Ale at reception, and Vusal, who prepared my breakfast at 7am so that I could join my early-starting tours, were absolutely fantastic, professional and very helpful I would definitely recommend

Nice stay in Baku
9.0The location of the Hotel is amazing. It made it really easy for us to explore the old town and city centre. Ali helped us with recommendations and also stored our luggage when we went for a small trip to the mountains. Eventhough we left before the breakfast, he arranged something so we could eat in time.
