10.0Excellent location/ setting. We were booked into a queen room but were upgraded to a king size suite that had lounge area downstairs and then king size bed with huge tv upstairs. In joining room 2 single beds. Tv area with kitchen area and lounge chair. Shower was large and everything was spotless. All the staff we met were extremely pleasant and made the stay perfect.

10.0Every single thing, from food, staff and rooms. We played golf, which this resort is on the golf course. Very pleased

2.0Ratings we found on line do not represent the experience we had. It is dated and the service was bad . First clue, they offer you ear plugs for the train Noise , really necessary for the room air conditioner. Mentioned at checkout that the ac noise was so loud that it was very difficult to sleep. The young lady at the desk responded that , oh ya we get that complaint all the time. A resort fee is added at this resort just for a coffee.

9.0Front Desk staff amazing Ryan with the dog program was top rate. Loved the squishy and photo for our dog. Facilities great. Lobby coffee service outstanding Restaurant and fire service is great Restaurant greeter last night outstanding
− The restaurant waiting staff were a mixed back and not what I would expect at a resort of this caliber. Food was ok.
