10.0Parking was easy. Great location to stores & restaurants. Clean but our shower must have had a leak because there was a patch.

4.0Will never stay here again. I booked an upgraded room and paid extra for it through this app. Was given a much smaller, basic room. Tried to fix the problem at front desk, and while one of the workers there was clearly willing to fix the situation, the other demanded more money and blamed this booking site for the mix-up. I'm addition, the phone in the room didn't work, but they did correct that.

8.0The staff was great. But had to move twice. First, we were put in a room that was already occupied. So they moved us to an upgraded room. Then, the internet was not working in the new room so moved again. Room was clean but fridge did not work. Still, overall a good experience.
