3.0Location was ok, the lady doing the breakfast set up and keeping it full cared about the guest of the hotel.
− People would come in and they were asked to put a card to the reservation and if they didn’t have a card for damages and other incident purpose it was fine then you didn’t have to do it at all. No hospitality or friendliness. Hotel was outdated. Front desk staff needs to learn hospitality. Not that friendly at all.

Great location for Kings Island but major problems with tv channels
5.0Very close to Kings Island, good breakfast
− No channels came in on the TV when we checked in. Called the desk, a guy came up and got it working. The same problem and solution the next morning. Problem happened AGAIN, and he showed us how to fix it: every day, the tv has to log onto the internet with the smart tv browser, or the user has to use their own phone WiFi hotspot and link the tv to that for service. Very unacceptable to us. Another minor issue was that warm water came out of the cold side of the sink; not room temperature water, but WARM.

8.0We stayed here for our kings island trip for the weekend. Everyone was really nice and it was extremely close to the park. Gas station and McDonald’s was walking distance.
− The bed was a full size so they was smaller than expected and they wasn’t very comfortable.
