Was just ok - overpriced for what it is which is a very old/tired hotel in need of renovations.
5.0The room was clean and spacious although the view from the one I had was terrible. The breakfast was good.
− The rest of the building and facilities were very tired and old - the pool area, gym, hallway etc - felt more like a motel than a hotel.
Minette was lovely!
6.0Rooms were small and basic, pool was way smaller than advertised to say the least. Either way, minette helped us out immensely get the situation resolved. She gets 5 stars!
Looks great on the website but, disappointing up close
4.0This location hasn't been updated for at least 20 years and it shows. Photos look amazing but, rooms and outdoor areas are in need of paint/repairs/updates. For 400 plus per night, I wouldn't stay again.

10.0Minnete H. has been wonderful! After a day of weary travel - she handled my reservation and experience with such care. I was touched. Super duper excellent customer service for sure!!!
Overcharged
6.0I was charged $22 a night parking and a total if $44 for 2 nights for parking when I did not use their parking lot. I did not bring a car. They assumed I did and put a default parking charge on my final invoice. This doubletree location is notorious for charging some kind of fees no matter what. Different kind of promotion and Tourism fees also on the invoice. I was not here for tourism. Also they put a random chick in and checkout timestamp. I checked in at 6:15 pm and it says 12:01 pm. I checked out of the hotel at 5:30 am and it says 12:17 pm.

10.0Minnete checked us in and can honestly say she is the perfect person for your front desk customer service, we were tired after a long day of travel and she made us feel welcomed, check in was smooth and great to end such a long day with a friendly smile and best attitude, thank you
