Nice Property in Soso Location
10.0Nice property in city center. Easily accessible from the freeway. While the property is largely fenced, it's on a street with many homeless loitering across the street. The neighborhood is not a place to stroll around. The rooms are modern and well-maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nothing of value should be left in one's car (any place or any time). The staff said that the parking area is constantly monitored with cameras.
Very nice hotel, but located in a problematic neighborhood
7.0The hotel is nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. The breakfast was very good - especially appreciate the breakfast start time of 6am. BUT The area directly around the hotel location is filled with large groups of homeless people hanging out on the streets, and drug addicts openly using on the street. This vibe left my spouse feeling uncomfortable about venturing out from the hotel in the evenings to explore the downtown area (which is just a few blocks away). Because of this - and despite the hotel itself being very nice - I must say I don't recommend staying here. Pay a little more $ and instead choose of of the hotels that is located closer to the area near the Gonzaga University or core downtown area.
