4.0− The staff was rude when I asked for a late check out option and even went as far as telling me I was a liar. That’s bad business. I can understand that policies are what they are however when a customer approaches you kindly to ask a question calling them a liar is never the solution. Work on your customer service skills.
Exceptionally clean for the type of hotel
8.0The cleanliness exceeded my expectations for a simpler and cheaper hotel option in the area. I was able to get an early check-in and the front desk was friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider staying there again.
− Breakfast was extra simple - cereal, waffles, yogurt, but the coffee was decent and they had fancy creamers so that was nice. No real complaints for the price and expectations of the type of hotel it was.
