− That they dont understand the concepts of handicapped accessible. There was no bars in the room. Then because I paid for accessible and it wasnt they refunded my stay in the middle of summer for 20 days that left me sleeping in my car.
Not worth it

− They tried to call less than 24 hours before my reservation and tell me that I had to cancel because they were overbooked, even though I had booked over three weeks prior. I did end up getting a room because I told them I wasn’t going to cancel. But when I got there my room key didn’t work so they told me every time I needed in my room i would have to walk down to the lobby and ask them to let me in with the master key, and every time I asked to be let in my room because I couldn’t get in myself the staff acted like I was an inconvenience. There were stains on the comforter and random hairs. And the light in the room kept turning on randomly at night, waking us up. Overall it was not a good stay.

− People actually live there (saw a dude with an ankle monitor on) People do not keep their dogs on leash, Random loud noises, bangs, commotion at night especially after 10:00-10:30pm, saw a couple roaches in my room, People are doing hard drugs on the property (opiates possibly herion/crack? smelled like burning plastic). Bunch of sketchy people, if it weren’t for the people who stay there the hotel itself and its location would be a 5/5
