The worst hotel we experienced in Japan!
3.0Convenient location across Shinagawa station, but that is prettty much it!
− The staff was not particularly helpful, the hotel is worn out, the room was very small with unadapted furnitures (e.g bulky chairs) the bathroom ventilation was not working even when taking Luke warm showers, the steam was crazy and the bathroom door couldn’t be open risking to turn on the fire alarm…

9.01. JR品川車站的高輪口(西口)出來過個馬路，走約50公尺就到飯店大廳了，很近 2. 飯店房間在高樓層有多部專屬電梯可以直達，而且搭電梯必須要用房卡感應就會顯示應到的樓層 3. 我們的房間窗戶是面對JR品川車站，晚上可以看夜景，還可以看的到東京鐵塔 4. 房間每天都會打掃，每天都會給2瓶礦泉水 5. 房間內有2張小沙發以及一張小圓桌，每天回到飯店後可以悠閒地坐在沙發上吃東西喝飲料滑滑手機
− 1. 訂房有先付款的話要到大廳旁的機台上check-in，且流程比較複雜(掃護照，輸入一些資料)，花了不少時間。還好飯店的服務人員有來幫忙 2. Check-out後如果要寄放行李，飯店有專屬一個地方叫Luggage Storage以及會有工作人員幫忙寄放，但是人很多，要排很久 3. 飯店就在JR品川車站旁邊，所以晚上還是可以聽到一些火車行駛的聲音
