概ね快適でしたが、トランクは気に入って使っていたので、持ち手が破損したことが痛手です。
5.0− トランクの持ち手が破損したことに納得できません。 宅配の手続きをしてからホテルを後にしようとしたら、電話がかかってきて「持ち手が割れている」と連絡が来た。待ち合わせ場所に向かっていた為、確認しに戻ることが出来ず、そのまま送ってもらうことにしました。 自宅を出てから宅配に預けるまで、問題なく使えていたものが、預けた直後、割れていると連絡が来たことが自分で確認できずスッキリしません。 どうしたらいいでしょうか。
