I will never recommend or stay here again.
1.0I cannot begin to tell you how bad the condition of the room was. The first room , rm 135, we had to change because the door didn't lock. The next room was so filthy that I had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies to clean the sink and bathroom. I wiped down the TV and microwave. I also brought sheets to put on the beds so I could be comfortable. It was disgusting 🫣
− So many things The bed did not sit up on the platform so two road stuck out and my husband hit his shin getting out of bed, walking to the bathroom. He was bleeding heavily. When I told the front desk they said there was nothing they could do.

− One of the beds was broken. The manager on duty was rude. I asked him to come get my trash. He never did. I had to get it myself, and then when we tried to leave and get our deposit, he. Refused to give it to us saying we didn't take out the trash and it was his fault which we took the trash out, had to find the dumpster also. The door felt like we were just about to be locked in from the inside didn't have adequate amount of towels or wash rags had to call up to the front to ask for soap, but the soap bars kept breaking.\n The sheets inside of the room. Upon one bed, had a stain, so we slept on the top cover. Because after trying to contact the front office. So many times there was no answer. And when they finally did answer one of those times nobody ever showed up to the room. Also, the provider that's supposed to also, you could see directly under the door.\n When when I walked out of the room, there was a gentleman in the pool to offer for my kids to go hitting to swim, saying that they had just gotten through chemical putting chemicals in the pool, and the pool was now open yet. It was a gentleman watching my kids. This is not a good place or a safe place. Last but not least just before I got ready to check out. Yes, I do smoke cigarettes, but I did not smoke anything nothing in the room. I\n Smoked outside in my car, but they complained and kept the deposit for about 6 small tobacco plates that came out of my cigarette box.\n This is outrageous.\n If you choose this hotel Choose at your own risk.
