Pool area service for food and drinks just pathetic.
6.0This is an awesome resort for quality of room, and view. Main restaurant service and food is impressive. Location excellent. If I could just get a drink and food at lunch time at the pool area would have been nice. Server and overall service at pool area SUCKED SO BAD I left every day for lunch.
Nice place but they Ruined my wife vacation

− First of all chicken in Was expensive and I needed to add more money for a bad and for bigger room Because the room I booked With Booking.com, apparently was not big enough to feed another small bed, so I had to add boxing monthly $300 for all the extra And second of all an hour, after checking in my wife went inside the shower and while she was inside alone in the room, someone from the staff knocked on the door and went inside, and my wife Got scared and very nervous When she heard someone in the room while she was in the shower, very unfortunately

Best hotel in Key West
10.0I have visited Key West many times and stayed at several different hotels, but the Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa is by far the best hotel in town. The property is beautiful, well maintained, and offers an outstanding guest experience. The staff provides exceptional service and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The location is unbeatable, situated right on the marina and within easy walking distance of Key West’s restaurants, shops, attractions, and nightlife. The views are spectacular, especially at sunset. The Four Flamingos restaurant is another highlight of the property. The food, atmosphere, and service are outstanding, making it one of the best dining experiences in Key West. I highly recommend the Hyatt Centric to anyone visiting Key West. It is the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, excellent service, and a prime waterfront location.
