The Dilly is a 4 star hotel but the staff are definitely 10 stars They could not do enough for my wife and I. The location is fantastic and the food in the restaurant was amazing .we had a great break.

Nous avons pu séjourner dans une chambre rénovée. Tout était super. Le fitness est immense et super bien équipé. Il y a également une piscine que nous n’avons pas essayé mais elle était magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est top avec une grande variété de cuisson des œufs (plat, omelette, poche, brouille…)

Great location, lovely hotel

The Dilly's location is perfect for first and many times London visitors alike. In the heart of the city, close to entertainment, shopping and the best restaurants, really unbeatable, honestly. The room was relatively spacious, and catered to our basic needs. We caught the room at a very good time and a pretty nice price. I guess it might be due to the ongoing renovation, but like this, the hotel offerred really expectional price per value. We had one small hiccup with our door getting stuck, but staff came to our help and rescue immediately and eased the pain of waiting with a breakfast coupon, which was a nice gesture. When we arrived to our room, it was decorated with rose petals and some welcome bites, which was a nice touch, we have not expected it at all! The lobby is very nicely renovated already, looks gorgeous. Having Waterstones, Hatchards, Fortnum and Hawksmoor just a few steps away was also a huge plus.

− We knew the hotel was dated and a renovation is ongoing, we were completely fine with that, but just keep that in mind. I wasn't really a fan of our window view, it was the back of the renovation, at the further end of the second corridor on the floor (some steps await your suitcase atfer the lift), so that wasn't that nice, but it's fine. The room had all facilities we needed except for sockets close to the bed and sockets on top of the writing desk, which would have been useful and hopefully will be installed during the renovation. The bathroom was clean and fine, but overall, it needs the revamp, better water pressure and fittings, and I am probably speaking on behalf of all fellow females when I emphasise the need for a hand shower. The breakfast terrace is really lovely and vibey, but it is a bit crammed when there are too many people. The breakfast selection of food and drinks were nice, but I just felt like the omlette wasn't as nice I would expect from a hotel of this caliber, as well as I would have preferred my pancakes made to order and warm.

Absolutely loved this hotel, the location , the staff and the brilliant welcome when you walked into the room, I wouldn’t hesitate to go back on my next visit to London, would have like the pool a bit warmer

Situation idéale pour rayonner sur Londres au cœur de Picadilly Le Dilly devient notre QG, nous y séjournions pour la 3ème fois Nous avons été surclassé et un gâteaux, des fraises aux chocolats et une bouteille de vin nous attendaient dans notre chambre et de notre amis lors de notre retour à l'hôtel le second soir : charmante attention
