4.0− No microwave, no bathroom vent and the door didn’t close tight.
Not comfortable, dirty location. Not impressed.
3.0Did eat breakfast. But nothing much I liked about this place.
− It was dirty, there were stains everywhere in the bathroom. The check in took 20 mins because there was only 1 person who didn’t even work at that location checking in everyone.
Excellent!!! Can’t wait to come back
10.0It was beautiful and well maintained and clean. The staff was very nice and ready to help. The rooms and food were delicious, we loved to have the option to order room service, it was fast and delicious. We also loved the breakfast buffet tickets included that was so delicious and very nice. The young lady waitress was really sweet and fast. We will be back for sure!!!
− The only thing was our room wasn’t ready at time of check in but they did get us in a room in about 30 min. Thankful for that
Except shuttle delay, stay was lovely. Breakfast, front desk, & driver’s were exceptional.

− Booked w/Hotels.com. I sent two text or emails that were forwarded to hotelrequesting info on catching free airport shuttle. This was big concern since temp was minus 8 degrees. Never got a reply. Upon arrival security erroneously told me to wait outside that Marriott shuttle comes “every 20 min.” I nearly froze to death. Shuttle came in 30’ when another arrival called hotel, the shuttle arrived in 5’. Why was this critical info (to call desk) not shared w/me in advance. Driver was so concerned he kindly put me up front to warm me up ASAP. Next day using shuttle to/from airport seamless w/ph call to desk driver picked me up & told me to wait inside terminal to stay warm until I spotted van.
