10.0Breakfast was wonderful and property was close to the zoo which we'd planned to visit.
− GPS instructions to get to the hotel weren't clear. There's an additional parking lot beside the main one that could be used to get into the property, but coming from the east GPS tells you to go past and do a u-turn since you can't turn left into the parking lot.
Outstanding is the word. The staff was supper friendly. The housekeeper very helpful and the atmosphere very peaceful.
10.0The property was well kept, clean and even the pool was very clean and comfortable.
− It wasn’t a problem but if I was to improve something I will say the checking in process. The male clerk was super friendly, that was not an issue but I didnt pre-check in because they dont have that feature in their system. Once in you have to do all the checking in step by step and its bad if you are tired or rushing to go somewhere.
