Comfortable stay.
7.0Good location within walking distance of a market and many restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and included a mini refrigerator.
− The reception staff left a lot to be desired. The woman that checked us in was completely disingenuous and made me feel like I was bothering her. One night during our stay we arrived at the hotel late and used our room key to access the hotel. The man acting as night reception didn’t so much as look up from what he was doing on the computer to acknowledge us as we passed. We didn’t need anything, however eye contact with a guest seems appropriate. The young lady that checked us out was the highlight of our staff interaction-friendly, genuine smile and professional.
